The BackStretch is good for strengthening the abdomen and stretching the legs, too! Don't over-exert yourself by trying to touch your toes the very first time. Just 'scrunch' up the very first few times. Learn to lift your torso up from your hips as you sit up. Feel the stretch in the lower back.
