Special Instructions

The Knee Squeeze is a fairly simple exercise but is deceptive in its difficulty. It can be done as three (3) separate exercises or as a continuous exercise depending upon you ability. Remember to contract your stomach muscles and raise your head up slowly. Beginners- Do Phase 1 only. Squeeze the knee gently to your chest with both hands behind the knee joint. Return leg slowly.
