Special Instructions

This poster shows the sequence of exercises for the regular series of Deep Slow Easy Exercises. There are 17 stretching and strengthening exercises. Performing all the movements should take about 45 minutes. Try one of the cardiovascular exercises like walking or stepping. Remember! You are under no obligation to perform all these movements during any single session. Do what feels comfortable. Pick one or two that you like. Build up to it.
