Pushups are a traditional exercise. It should be done as three (3) separate exercises. Begineer: Do Type 1. Use a stable chair seat pushed up against a wall to rest your outstretched hands. Intermediate: Either Type 1 or Type 2. Advanced: Do any of the 3 types of Pushups. You change the difficulty by progressively moving the center of gravity forward toward the head. more exercises...
