Curlups is a good traditional exercise for strengthening the abdominals. Three levels are offered. You need to substitute a chair for the platform. Just sit close to the front of the chair, lay your calves on the seat of the chair and hook your feet under the back rest. Begineer: Do Type 1. Intermediate: Either Type 1 or Type 2.
